This trip to New York City will cost: $2,065 (quad occupancy) or $2,335 (double occupancy).

How do we pay:
All students who would like to attend this trip must pay a $99.00 down payment by September 15, 2014. This is a non-refundable fee that secures a place for you on this trip.
School Tours of America, our trip company, offers a monthly payment plan to help offset paying the full price of the trip upfront.
They also offer, for around $200 more, a cancellation-safety fee that will allow you to receive a portion of the funds back if you have to cancel the trip. You do not have to accept this.
FINAL Payment will be due March 17, 2015.
*Transportation between Havasu and Las Vegas will be handled as it was this past school year - carpool by parents with a specific drop off and pick-up location(s) and time(s).

*We need a minimum of 20 students attending for this trip to be successful.
*Parents, you are welcome to join your child on this trip, but you will be paying the double occupancy rate, while we encourage all our students to accept quad occupancy.
